Duke Closes Exhibition Slate on Tuesday Against Findlay

DURHAM, N.C. - The Duke men's basketball team wraps up its exhibition schedule on Tuesday, Nov. 3 with a home contest against the University of Findlay, the 2009 Division II National Champions. Tuesday's game is scheduled to tip off at 7:00 p.m. and will be shown live on GoDuke.com.
The Blue Devils, ranked ninth in the preseason AP poll and eighth in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches' poll, posted a 128-70 win over Pfeiffer in their first exhibition contest. Kyle Singler scored 21 points to lead eight double-figure scorers. Freshman Mason Plumlee had 18 points and 12 rebounds while older brother Miles Plumlee had 11 points and 14 boards for the Blue Devils. Freshman Ryan Kelly had 18 points, Nolan Smith added 16 and Brian Zoubek had 14 points and 13 rebounds. Freshman Andre Dawkins and Olek Czyz also reached double figures with 12 and 11 points, respectively.
Duke opens the regular season on Friday, Nov. 13 at Cameron Indoor Stadium against UNC Greensboro. Game time is set 7:00 p.m. with Fox Sports South televising the contest. The Blue Devils then welcome Coastal Carolina, Charlotte and Elon into Durhm for the first and second rounds of the NIT Season Tip-Off (Nov. 16-17).
