2015-16: Served as the coxswain for the 2V8 for the majority of the year before ending the campaign with the V8 … began the spring with a bang with the 2V8 at the Carolina Cup as the boat earned ACC Crew of the Week accolades after winning its race in 6:37.6, the second-fastest mark in Duke history … with the 2V8 for the Pac-12 Challenge as the boat finished second against UCLA and Stanford with times of 6:42.5 and 7:19.2 … at the Virginia Dual, with the 2V8 as it took second in 7:05.9 … helped the Blue Devils tie for first with No. 14 Indiana and No. 17 Notre Dame at the Dale England Cup as the 2V8 won both of its races, finishing in 6:47.3 and 6:45.5 … switched to the V8 for the final race of the regular season, leading it to a second-place finish (7:03.3) at No. 9 Princeton … a member of the V8 for the ACC Championship as the boat placed second in a year-best 6:20.444 mark in helping Duke to a second-place overall finish, its best at the event since 2006 … V8 entered the event as the No. 5 seed and outrowed the competition to come in second, with a photo finish ahead of Syracuse … guided the V8 during the program’s first NCAA Championships appearance as the boat placed 18th overall, finishing the C Final in 6:31.650 … crew also placed second in the C/D Semifinals (6:32.862) … during the fall, served as the guide for the 4V4 at the year-opening Princeton Chase as it took 20th overall with a time of 18:39.145 … led the 3V8 and 2V4 at the Rivanna Romp as the eights finished 17th (14:36.9) and fours ninth (15:25.4) … in the summer of 2016, was a member of the inaugural class of the Rubenstein-Bing Student-Athlete Civic Engagement (ACE) Program … traveled to India to teach and coach youth, with a focus on educational and leadership development through sports, as part of the program.

2015: Competed in one race, as a part of the 3V8 against Clemson and Boston University during the season opening weekend … boat finished behind Clemson’s 3V8 and the Boston lightweight 2V8 with a time of 7:33.15.

High School: A four-year member of Community Rowing Inc., for head coaches Ethan Curren and Mike Baker … served as a captain as a senior … as a junior, helped varsity lightweight 8 to a seventh-place finish at USRowing Youth Nationals … at the Royal Canadian Henley, helped varsity 4 to a third-place showing … as a junior in the lightweight 8, guided the boat to a seventh-place finish at the youth nationals … a member of the National Honor Society.
