2017-18: Competed in two regattas as a member of the V8 during the spring … Captured the Carolina Cup championship with a time of 6:33.2, more than 14 seconds faster than second-place finisher Clemson … Helped Duke win its second-consecutive Carolina Cup with 99 overall points and a sweep of all five races … For the first time in program history, all five boats qualified for the Grand Final at the ACC Championship where Duke finished third as a team with 72 points … In the first heat of the V8 prelims, Duke took second in 6:34.1, trailing only top-seeded Virginia (6:24.5) … Concluded the season with a fourth-place finish in the Grand Final with a time of 6:26.4 … Named to the All-ACC Academic Team and the ACC Academic Honor Roll. 

2016-17: Participated in all six of the spring regattas as a member of the V8 … Captured the Carolina Cup championship with a time of 6:41.3, more than 13 seconds faster than second-place Clemson … Helped Duke win the Carolina Cup with 99 overall points and a sweep of all five races … Named the ACC Crew of the Week following the performance at the Carolina Cup … Qualified for the A Final of the Longhorn Invite and came in fourth with a time of 6:24.204 … Earned a trip to the A Final after placing third in the morning race at the Longhorn Invite, clocking out in 6:19.405 … Rowed to a third-place performance against No. 4 Ohio State (6:20.0), No. 3 Michigan (6:24.8) and Notre Dame (6:32.1) with a time of 6:29.8 … At the Clemson Invitational, earned a third-place finish in the B Final … The top four boats in the race were separated by just more than one second with the Blue Devils crossing the line in 6:34.468 to trail UCLA (6:33.454) and UCF (6:34.350) and hold off Oklahoma (6:34.525) … In the Clemson Invitational preliminary events, placed third in its opening heat (6:30.454) and fourth (6:33.516) in the other heat … Ended the regular season at the Dale England Cup, taking fourth with a time of 6:44.6 to trail Indiana (6:35.6), Notre Dame (6:39.2) and San Diego (6:43.55) … In the ACC Championship Grand Final, claimed fourth in a loaded race, crossing the line in 6:27.267 … Landed in the Grand Final of the conference championship after claiming second in the morning session’s opening heat with a time of 6:44.743, trailing only Syracuse’s 6:43.756 mark … named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16: A leading member of the V4 for the entire season … began the spring helping the V4 to a victory at the Carolina Cup, finishing in 7:20.5 as Duke finished one point out of first place overall … tallied the Blue Devils’ lone win at the Pac-12 Challenge as the V4 downed UCLA with a time of 7:21.5 … also placed second to Stanford in 8:07.6 at the Challenge … boat came in second at the Virginia Dual (7:32.1) before turning in a standout performance at the Dale England Cup with two victories … V4 turned in times of 7:51.4 and 7:37.4 to capture both races, helping Duke finish tied for first overall with No. 14 Indiana and No. 17 Notre Dame … ended the regular season at No. 9 Princeton as the V4 came in third overall in 8:00.7 … a member of the V4 for the ACC Championship as the boat placed second in helping Duke to a second-place overall finish, its best at the event since 2006 … V4 entered the event as the No. 3 seed and outrowed the competition to come in second … helped the V4 to the NCAA C Final title during program’s first NCAA Championships appearance with a time of 7:22.311 … boat also placed first in the C/D Semifinals (7:24.262) … did not participate in any fall races.

2015: Became a member of the 2V8 and held her spot throughout the season … started the campaign against Clemson and Boston University and helped the crew place fourth in both races with times of 6:56.82 and 7:02.70 … helped 2V8 advance to the Jackie Ann Stitt Hungness Grand Final at the San Diego Crew Classic by placing third in the preliminary heat in 8:06.96 … group finished sixth in the grand final … in three races at the Clemson Invitational against seven ranked squads, helped the 2V8 place second to Louisville (6:54.3), fifth (6:49.8) and fourth (6:48.0) … part of one of Duke’s two boats to race in the ACC Championship Grand Final as a member of the 2V8, which got there by taking third in its preliminary heat with a time of 6:33.9 … group placed sixth (6:44.9) in the Grand Final.

High School: A three-year letterwinner for head coach Thomas Burron …  helped varsity 8 to a first-place finish at the Hammersmith Head Regatta … varsity 8 also qualified for the semifinal at the National Schools Regatta … involved with the Chanty Project, Debate Society and served as a peer listener.

Personal: Born November 28, 1995 … daughter of Elena and Phillip Fletcher … has an older brother, Phillip, and an older sister, Emily … brother was a rower at Columbia University.
