2015-16: A mainstay with the 2V8 as the boat provided a number of Duke’s top finishes during the campaign … began the spring with a bang with the 2V8 for the Carolina Cup as the boat earned ACC Crew of the Week accolades after winning its race in 6:37.6, the second-fastest mark in Duke history … with the 2V8 for the Pac-12 Challenge as the boat finished second against UCLA and Stanford with times of 6:42.5 and 7:19.2 … at the Virginia Dual, with the 2V8 as it took second in 7:05.9 … helped Duke to tie for first at the Dale England Cup with the boat winning both of its races, finishing in 6:47.3 and 6:45.5 … capped the regular season with the 2V8 at the Princeton Dual, clocking a 6:58.3 to finish second to the No. 9 Tigers … at the ACC Championship, helped the boat from a No. 3 seed to a second-place finish with a photo finish against Notre Dame as Duke placed second overall, its best performance since 2006 … boat clocked a season-best time of 6:32.322 at the league championship … stayed with the 2V8 during the NCAA Championships and helped the boat to the NCAA C Final title with a time of 6:34.803 … boat also placed first in the C/D Semifinals (6:41.080) … during the fall, a member of the 2V8, 5V4 and 4V4 for the Princeton Chase and Rivanna Romp … with the 2V8 for the Princeton Chase and the boat came in 29th overall (15:59.382) … with the 5V4 at the Chase, placed 19th with a time of 18:35.203 … ended the fall with the 2V8 and 4V4 at the Rivanna Romp, helping the eights place 12th in 14:07.6 and fours 24th in 16:28.8.

2014-15: Opened the year as a part of the 3V8 and 2V4 against Clemson and Boston University … took third in the 3V8 behind Clemson’s 3V8 and the Boston lightweight 2V8 in 7:27.77 … placed fourth with the 2V4 in 8:24.00 … part of the 3V8 for three races at the Clemson Invitational against seven ranked squads as the boat placed fifth (7:31.3), fifth (7:10.5) and fourth (7:14.1).

High School: Spent first two years of high school career at Franklin Community High School in Franklin, Ind., before moving to Fayetteville, N.C., and attending Jack Britt High School … while at Franklin Community, lettered both years as a member of the soccer and track and field programs … guided by head coach Kristy Stroud in soccer and head coach Ray Lane in track and field … when at Jack Britt, was a two-year letterwinner in cross country under head coach Kim Sanborn … an all-county second-team selection and a state qualifier in cross country as a senior … a member of the Jack Britt National Honor Society, Junior Classical League, Science Olympiad, speech and debate team and was a state science fair qualifier.
