The Philosophy of the Strength and Conditioning Division is to provide every Duke athletic team a competitive edge by empowering each athlete to achieve personal and athletic success through exceptional and modern strength and conditioning training. It is our belief that every athlete is important and that we must provide a successful and competitive environment for athletes each day. It is our policy to never give up on an athlete and we must show respect and courtesy toward all staff members, support each other with open communication, and sustain loyalty and trust with each other.
