2010-11 (Senior): Selected as an ITA All-American in singles and doubles after earning a top 16 seed in both NCAA Championships ... named to the All-ACC first team ... chosen as the ITA Carolina Regional Senior Player of the Year ... earned a 9-16 seed for the NCAA Singles Championships and fell in the first round to No. 45 Tennys Sandgren of Tennessee 6-3, 6-3 ... teamed up with Henrique Cunha to advance to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Doubles Championships as a 5-8 seed before falling to No. 14 Kevin King and Juan Spir of Georgia Tech in three sets 6-7 (5), 6-4, 6-4 ... finished his senior season with a career-best 35-10 singles record ... the 35 victories rank tied for fifth most in a single season in Duke history ... he was 22-6 at the No. 2 position in dual match play, including an 8-2 record in ACC play ... doubles his career wins over ranked opponents with 19 wins over players in the top 125 ... his top win came in three sets over No. 7 Steve Johnson, the 2011 NCAA Singles Champion, in the ITA All-American Championships round of 64 ... claimed four top 25 victories ... had two match-clinching wins in key contests with a 5-7, 7-6 (3), 6-3 victory against No. 16 Daniel Nguyen of third-ranked USC in the ITA National Team Indoor quarterfinals and a 6-2, 6-3 victory over No. 81 Brennan Boyajian of North Carolina in the ACC Tournament semifinals ... posted a 41-7 doubles record to lead the team, including a 38-7 mark with Henrique Cunha ... the 41 individual doubles wins are tied for second most in school history while the 38 wins by the pair also rank second most all-time ... Carleton and Cunha were 24-4 at the No. 1 position during dual matches with an 8-2 ACC record ... the duo earned a 15-6 record against ranked opponents six wins over top 25 foes ... the top two victories came in the NCAA Doubles Championships against No. 10 Christoph and Marcel Thiemann of Mississippi and No. 9 Jean Andersen and Ed Corrie of Texas ... won the first seven doubles matches and 15 of the first 16 in the spring season ... went 2-0 with Cunha at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships, the ACC Tournament and the NCAA Regionals ... ranked as high as No. 1 in doubles in the preseason and were in the top 10 in 10 of the 11 polls ... reached a high of No. 5 in singles on Jan. 4 and put together a string of six straight top 10 rankings for singles ... recorded a terrific fall with a 13-2 singles record and 15-2 doubles mark ... won tournament singles titles at the Duke Fab Four Invite and the UVA Ranked Plus One Invitational ... earned doubles championships at the Duke Fab Four Invite with Cunha, the UVA Ranked Plus One Invitational with Chris Mengel and the ITA Carolina Regional with Cunha ... started his senior season with 12 straight singles wins and won his first nine doubles contests of the year ... reached the semifinals of the ITA All-American singles championships with four wins before losing to No. 8 Eric Quigley of Kentucky ... reached the round of 16 at the ITA National Indoor Championships ... along with Cunha made the semifinals of the ITA All-American Championships with three victories before falling to No. 3 Drew Courtney and Michael Shabaz of Virginia ... advanced to the quarterfinals of the ITA National Indoor Championships with Cunha.      

2009-10 (Junior): Earned the No. 1 final ranking in doubles with Henrique Cunha to receive the ITA National Doubles Team of the Year ... selected as an All-America in doubles and to the All-ACC team ... set the school record for doubles wins in a single season with a 44-6 overall record, passing the previous mark of 37 by Jonathan Stokke in 2003-04 ... teamed with Cunha to go 41-6 for a Duke single season record by a duo, six more wins than Doug Root and Jordan Wile in 1996-97 ... recorded a mark of 10-1 in ACC doubles matches, including 8-1 with Cunha at the No. 1 position ... notched a doubles record of 25-2 in dual matches with a 22-2 mark at the No. 1 position ... claimed 18 straight doubles victories from Jan. 31 - April 11 and won 26 of 27 matches from Jan. 31 - May 28 ... advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Doubles Championships before falling to the eventual national champions No. 14 Drew Courtney and Michael Shabaz of Virginia ... finished the year with a 20-13 singles record, including a 7-4 ledger in ACC play ... ranked as high as No. 29 in singles in the fall ... posted match-clinching victories against Notre Dame, VCU, Clemson, North Carolina and Wake Forest in the ACC Tournament semifinals ... defeated nine ranked opponents in singles with two over top 50 players ... claimed a 15-6 record in doubles against ranked opponents, defeating three teams ranked in the top 10 ... posted an outstanding fall campaign in doubles with a 17-3 record along with Cunha ... the duo played in the ITA Indoor National Championship match, losing to No. 8 Bradley Klahn and Ryan Thacher of Stanford in three sets 6-1, 3-6, 6-2 to end an 11-match winning streak ... Carleton and Cunha won the ITA Carolina Regional Championship with five victories and won the consolation finals at the ITA All-American Championships with six wins, including three in qualifying rounds ... the Duke pair also made the finals of the UVA Ranked Plus One Invitational before losing to No. 1 John-Patrick Smith and Davey Sandgren of Tennessee ... overall Carleton had three ranked doubles wins with a top 10 victory over No. 10 Austen and Simon Childs of Louisville ... recorded a 6-5 singles record with one ranked win ... he made the finals of the UVA Ranked Plus One Invite before losing to Tennessee's Smith, who was ranked No. 2 in the nation.

2008-09 (Sophomore): Finished the season with a 20-15 singles record and 17-12 doubles mark ... claimed a 4-6 ACC singles ledger and went 4-4 in league doubles contests ... ranked as high as No. 25 in singles (1/6 and 3/3) and No. 36 in doubles (preseason) ... defeated five ranked singles players with his top win coming against No. 12 Nate Schnugg of Georgia 6-4, 6-0 at the Southern Intercollegiate Championships ... had two ranked doubles victories ... clinched Duke's 4-0 win over No. 44 Penn State in the ITA National Team Indoors ... played No. 1 in singles for most of the season with seven victories in the top spot ... teamed with Dylan Arnould for a 12-7 record in doubles with a 4-3 mark in ACC play ... led the team with a 10-3 record in singles during fall competition to go with a 2-5 record in doubles ... won his first collegiate championship, taking the title at the UVA Ranked Plus One Invitational ... he went 4-0 in the tournament with a three set win over No. 104 Michael Shabaz of Virginia in the finals ... also claimed four victories to reach the semifinals of the Southern Intercollegiate Championships in singles.

2007-08 (Freshman): All-ACC selection ... became the 15th Duke freshman to earn All-ACC honors and first since 2003 (Jonathan Stokke and Ludovic Walter) ... ended the season with a singles record of 27-9 and a team-best 8-3 mark in the ACC ... his 27 singles victories were a team high and the 12th highest total by a freshman in school history ... he also led the Blue Devils with a 17-5 record in dual match play, including a 1-0 mark in the top spot, 9-2 record at No. 2 and 7-3 record in the No. 3 slot ... he posted a 5-2 mark at No. 2 and was 3-1 at No. 3 in ACC play ... registered a 6-3 record against ranked opponents in singles with three wins over higher-ranked players ... top victory came over No. 18 Kellen Damico of Texas 3-6, 7-6 (8-6), 1-0 (10-4) ... posted a 2-1 record against ranked ACC opponents with wins over No. 73 Stefan Hardy of North Carolina and No. 78 David North of Georgia Tech ... finished the season ranked No. 72 in singles nationally and No. 12 in the Mideast region ... he was ranked as high as No. 39 on March 4 ... ended the year on a six-match winning streak with two wins over ranked players in the NCAA Tournament against No. 23 Arizona State and No. 12 North Carolina ... got off to a terrific start in the spring with nine wins in his first 10 matches, including three wins in the Duke Invitational ... defeated Martin Schulhauser of Virginia Commonwealth in his only match at the No. 1 position ... tallied a 15-16 overall record in doubles with a 5-6 mark in ACC play with Kiril Dimitrov ... Carleton and Dimitrov clinched the doubles point four times against Princeton, Notre Dame, Maryland and Boston College in the ACC Tournament ... led Duke with a 7-4 singles record in the fall to go along with a 3-4 doubles ledger ... after losing his first collegiate match he ran off a string of five victories, including three at the UVA Fall Invitational to win the consolation bracket and two more wins at the Southern Intercollegiates ... he also won two singles contests in the ITA All-American tournament ... picked up a doubles win with Dylan Arnould at the UVA Fall Invitational and one doubles victory with Kiril Dimitrov in both the Southern Intercollegiates and Wilson/ITA Mideast Regional.
