Bob Weiseman joined the Duke Athletic Department in January of 2008 and serves as the Director of Game Operations. Weiseman and his staff handle the game day set-up, breakdown and operational management for all 26 Blue Devil athletics programs and all ACC and NCAA Championships hosted on Duke's campus.  

Weiseman is the primary game manager for Duke Football, Men's Basketball, Track and Field, and all ACC and NCAA Championships. He also serves as the liaison to game day operational entities including Duke Police, Duke Pre-Hospital and Disaster Medicine, Duke Parking and Transportation, Duke Special Events and Technical Services, University Grounds, University Housekeeping, Duke Occupational & Environmental Safety Office, Duke Disability Management, Durham County EMS, Durham Police, Staff One Services, Inc., TROSA, and the All-American Athletic Association.

In 2010, the game operations staff was responsible for operational management of 195 home athletic contests, seven NCAA 1st or 2nd Round Championships (Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Men's Soccer, Men's Lacrosse, Women's Lacrosse, Men's Tennis, and Women's Tennis), and two ACC Championships (Track and Field and Men's Lacrosse).  

Weiseman came to Duke from Villanova University where he served in a variety of capacities from 2000-07 including media relations assistant (2000-01), assistant coordinator of marketing, promotions, and special events (2001-03) and assistant director of athletic facilities and operations (2004-05) and then director of athletic facilities and operations (2005-07).  

During his time spent in athletic facilities and operations at Villanova, Weiseman served as the primary game manager for Villanova Football, Women's Basketball, and all Olympic sports as well as being the secondary game manager for Men's Basketball. In addition to his game management responsibilities, Weiseman also was responsible for generating revenue through rental of athletic facilities, serving as the primary event manager for rentals, campus events, and athletic camps, maintaining and scheduling athletic facilities, and serving as project manager for athletic facility renovations.  

A native of Doylestown, Pa., Weiseman is a 2000 graduate of Lynchburg College with a major in Communications Studies and a minor in Sports Management. While at Lynchburg College, Weiseman served as sports information intern and public address announcer for all Hornet programs from 1997-00. He married the former Meghan Carolan, a native of Hicksville, N.Y., in July 2009 and the couple resides in Durham, N.C. Meghan Weiseman is also a member of the Duke Athletic Department staff.
