Personal:  Sheila Kinney Kramer was born on October 30, 1986, in Harrisburg, Pa. ... daughter of Pete and Eileen Kramer ... has three sisters, Caitlin (24), Jenna (19) and Missy (17), and one brother, Pete, (13) ... her father, Pete, played basketball at Duke from 1971-75 and her uncle, Tate Armstrong, also played basketball at Duke from 1973-77 ... other relatives who attended Duke include her aunt, Melissa Moore Armstrong (1977) ... majoring in political science along with a markets and management certificate.
