Ashley Wolf became a member of the Duke Athletics staff in August, 2009 and serves as an Associate Sports Information Director. Prior to being elevated to her current position in July of 2015, she spent six years as an Assistant SID.
Wolf’s primary responsibilities include handling all media relations for volleyball and baseball.
Prior to working at Duke, Wolf served as Athletics Communications Intern for one year at Virginia Tech where she was the media contact for women’s soccer and women’s lacrosse.
Wolf graduated from Cornell University in 2008 with a degree in sociology. While attending Cornell she was a four-year letterwinner for the Big Red softball team. In 2006 she led the Ivy League with a .411 batting average. She holds the Cornell school record with 48 career stolen bases, including a single-season record 17 in 2007. As a senior she also worked in the Cornell sports information department.
Originally from North Carolina, Wolf now resides in Durham.
