Ashley Cole joined the Duke University Athletic Training staff in July of 2011 and works primarily with the Blue Devil women's rowing and fencing programs.

A native of Springfield, Ohio, Cole graduated from The Ohio State University in 2006 with a degree in athletic training. She then went on to serve as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, working with the track and field and wrestling teams, and received a Master's degree in athletic training in 2008.

Cole came to Duke after spending three years at The Ohio State University, where she worked with the women's rowing and women's volleyball teams.
