Mary Giardina serves as an Assistant Director of Sports Information. She joined the Duke staff in September of 2010 and spent a year serving as an intern in the compliance department.

A native of Centre Hall, Pa., Giardina came to Durham after teaching in New Orleans, La. A member of the track and field program at Wake Forest University, she was named to the ACC Honor Roll before graduating in 2006 with a degree in health and exercise science.
