DURHAM, N.C.— The Duke women’s golf team held its annual photo day on Wednesday afternoon as the Blue Devils gathered together for head shots and a team photo at the Sarah P. Duke Gardens, which is also referred to the “Crown Jewel” of Duke University.
Head coach Dan Brooks and the third-ranked Blue Devil squad is coming off finishing second overall in the season opener on Tuesday at the Cougar Classic in Charleston, S.C. Duke shot six-under-par, 858, over the 54-hole classic. Senior Lindy Duncan tied for second overall with a nine-under-par, 206, while freshman Yi Ashley Xiao tied for 10th with a 214.
