State’s Nick Horton and Shoti Meparidze, 7-5 … clinched the doubles point against the Wolfpack … earned final doubles victory of the campaign with a 6-1 triumph on court two versus Clemson’s Alex Favrot and Daffra Sanon … during the fall, played to a 3-7 mark in singles and 3-5 record in doubles … took part in the Duke James Bonk Invite, USTA/ITA Carolina Regional and Wake Forest Invite … earned one victory at each event in singles … in doubles, teamed with Levine to pick up wins against Old Dominion’s Aziz Kijametovic and Jacob Nicolussi (8-4/Bonk Invite) and UNC Wilmington’s Josh Hublitz and Andres Torres (6-2, 6-2/Carolina Regional), and joined freshman Adrian Chamdani to defeat Penn’s Vim De Alwis and Austin Kaplan (8-4/Wake Forest Invite).
2014-15: Took part in six singles matches in the spring, going 4-1 with a 2-1 mark in dual matches and an 0-1 record in ACC matches ... won his first four spring matches before falling 6-2, 6-3 to Georgia Tech’s Eduardo Segura on court six ... played in eight doubles matches in the spring with a 6-1 record ... went 2-1 in doubles in dual matches and 1-1 against ACC foes ... paired with Raphael Hemmeler for last three doubles matches of the year, topping Georgia Tech’s Casey Kay and Nathan Rakitt, 8-6, and falling to North Carolina’s Jack Murray and Ronnie Schneider, 8-5, during the ACC Championship quarterfinals ... played to an even 5-5 mark in fall singles while going 5-4 in doubles ... ended the fall in singles going 1-1 at the USTA/ITA Carolina Regional, grinding out a tough 7-6 (4), 7-6 (2) victory against Furman’s Matt Brown in the opening match ... went 1-2 at the Battle in the Bay Classic after going 1-1 at the ITA All-American Championship ... started the fall with a 2-1 mark at the Duke Fab Four Invite ... 2013-14: Went 10-10 in singles while notching an 18-7 mark in doubles … compiled an 8-4 doubles ledger during the dual match season playing primarily at the No. 2 and 3 positions … teamed with Hammond for a 4-1 record in the No. 3 spot … with TJ Pura, toppled Illinois’ 31st-ranked pair of Alex Jesse and Jared Hiltzik, 6-5 (6) in the No. 3 matchup … notched a 2-2 mark in ACC play along with Semenzato …saw singles action in four dual match contests and two conference matches … played at the No. 5 singles position against NC Central, cruising to a 6-1, 6-1 victory over Thomas Persico ... notched a 9-7 singles ledger to go with a 10-3 record in doubles during the fall ... paired with Hammond to advance to the doubles round of 16 at the ITA Carolina Regional ... claimed first career singles title at the Winthrop Invitational, winning the 2B draw ... also at the Winthrop Invitational, teamed with Hammond to reach the doubles semifinals before the tournament was shortened due to weather ... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll and ITA All-Academic Scholar-Athlete list.
