DURHAM, N.C. - The Duke men’s basketball team officially opened the 2012-13 season on Friday with an afternoon media day at the Emily K Center following by an early evening practice on campus. Head coach Mike Krzyzewski spent roughly 45 minutes with local scribes and television personnel touching on everything from recent events at Duke including Nobel Prize winner Robert Lefkowitz to a much anticipated start to the season.
GoDuke.com has Coach K’s press conference in its entirety including a 15-minute interview session with students from the Emily K Center. The Blue Devil Network also caught up Mason Plumlee, Rodney Hood, Alex Murphy and Amile Jefferson to get their thoughts on the start of the season.
