The three-day competition begins Thursday at 11:30 a.m. with the preliminaries and finals of the men's 1-meter and women's 3-meter springboard events. Friday morning will see the men compete on the 3-meter board and the women on the 1-meter board, while both the men and women will compete on the platform Saturday beginning at 10:30 a.m. All diving events will feature preliminary and finals rounds, with the top 12 finishers from the preliminaries moving on to the finals.
Duke will be one of 15 schools represented at the invitational, joining Atlantic Coast Conference opponents Clemson, North Carolina and Virginia.
Senior Jordan Long returns to competition after winning the men's 3-meter springboard event in late November at the Nike Cup Invitational. Sophomore Clay Pinckney and freshmen Deon Reid, Jaimee Gundry and Kendall McClenney will also compete at the Tennessee Diving Invitational, as will 2012 London Olympians Abby Johnston and Nick McCrory.
