2014-15: Served as one of Duke’s top sprinters during her sophomore campaign…Indoors, picked up first team All-America honors after helping the 4x400 team finish sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/14) with a school-record 3:32.56 clocking…guided the 4x400 team to a silver medal at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28) with a time of 3:34.00, garnering second team all-conference accolades…was part of 4x400 relays that took first at the Carolina Cup (1/16) and Iowa State Classic (2/14) and second at the Armory Invitational (1/31)…in other relays, finished second at the Armory Invitational (1/31) in the 4x200 with a school record 1:36.45…individually, set program records in both the 400 and 500…registered the fastest indoor 400 in Duke history at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28), crossing the finish line in 53.56 to place fifth and earn second team All-ACC accolades…opened the season with a win in the 400 at the Carolina Cup (1/16), notching a 56.03…running the 500 at the Armory Invitational (1/30), set the Duke standard with a 1:12.11 clocking to finish second…logged the fourth-fastest time in school history in her lone appearance of the season in the 60, finishing 14th at the Hokie Invitational (1/23) with a 7.80 performance…Outdoors, set one individual and three relay records…logged a 52.74 in the 400 final at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/29) to set the Duke standard, finishing 13th to miss qualifying for nationals by one placing…took sixth in the 400 at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/16) with a 53.01 performance to earn second team All-ACC honors…picked up wins in the event at the Duke Invitational (4/11) and Mt. Sac Relays (4/17)…clocked the second-fastest 100 time in school history at the Duke Twilight (5/7) with an 11.85 in the preliminary heats…took seventh at the Duke Twilight (5/7) in the 200 with a 24.14 showing, the No. 5 time in the Duke records book…in her first collegiate 800 race, placed first at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/4) with a 2:11.05…at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/30), was part of the 4x400 team that placed 14th and set the school record with a 3:32.27 performance…earned another second team All-ACC selection after guiding the 4x400 team to a silver-medal finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/16) with a 3:32.40 showing…anchored the Blue Devil 4x400 to a win at the Duke Invitational, combining for a time of 3:43.69…also broke the school record in the 4x100 at the Duke Invitational (4/11), placing second with a 44.92…helped set a new Duke standard in the 4x200 at the Penn Relays (4/25), clocking a 1:33.83 to finish fourth…ran the third leg of the sprint medley relay that placed third at the Penn Relays (4/24) with a time of 3:49.63, second-fastest time in Duke history…named to the All-ACC Academic Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Team for the second time in her career…went on to represent the United States over the summer at the 2015 World University Games in Gwangju City, South Korea…ran a 54.06 split to help the USA 4x400 squad capture the bronze medal with a combined 3:37.20 performance…individually, advanced to the semifinals of the 400, clocking a 54.93 to finish second in her first-round heat and a 54.71 to take fifth in the semifinal heat.
2013-14: Made an immediate impact on the Duke track & field team during her freshman season…Indoors, qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships (3/1) in the 400 and the 4x400, placing fourth in each event…set a school record in the open 400 at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/22), placing fourth in a time of 54.07…also earned a second-place finish in her first collegiate race, crossing the line in a converted time of 55.14 at the Dick Taylor Challenge (1/24)…clocked the third-fastest 200m time in Duke history, running a time of 24.53 at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2/21), en route to a fourth-place finish…member of the school record setting 4x400 that placed fifth at the Armory Collegiate Invitational (2/8) in a time of 3:39.97…Outdoors, equally as successful in the outdoor season, clocking a school record time of 53.73 in the open 400 at the NCAA Preliminary Round (5/29) meet, placing 24th overall…also ran the third-fastest 100m time in Duke history, 11.99, at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/5), and the fourth-fastest 200m time, 24.18, at the same meet…qualified for the ACC Outdoor Championships, placing sixth overall in the 400, fifth overall as a member of the 4x100 and fourth overall as a member of the 4x400…ran a 200 leg of the sixth-place finishing SMR at the Penn Relays (4/25), combining to clock the second-fastest time in Duke history, 3:50.41…served as the 400 leg of the DMR at the Penn Relays, helping guide the team to a seventh-place finish in a time of 11:18.29, the fifth-fastest time in Duke history.
Prior to Duke: Four year letterwinner under Chris Gray at Spencerport High School…a three-time All-America honoree in the 400 meters at the junior level…the 2013 New York State Outdoor Track and Field Champion in the 400 and 2013 New York State Indoor Track and Field Champion in the 300…picked up 13 New York State Section V Championships throughout her prep career…owns the Section V records in the indoor 300 and outdoor 400…an AP Scholar who was also a member of National Honor Society.
