2014 (at Duke): Appeared in seven games … Missed the first third of the season due to a knee injury … Made his Duke debut April 8 against N.C. Central … Totaled nine plate appearances and was hit by a pitch twice … In his second pinch hit at bat, was struck by a pitch to lead off a rally in the bottom of the ninth inning in Duke’s 11-10, come-from -behind victory over then-No. 25 NC State.
2013 (at Howard College): Appeared in 59 games, starting 57 ... Hit .311 with six doubles and two triples ... Ranked second on the team with 25 stolen bases ... Scored a team-high 62 runs and also drove in 28 RBI ... Ranked fourth in the Wester Junior College Athletic Conference (WJCAC) in runs scored and third in stolen bases.
2012 (at Tulane): Did not see game action.
High School: Lettered all four years for head coach Tim Riley at the St. John’s School ... Selected as team captain and team MVP during his senior season ... Named to the All-Southwest Preparatory Conference during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons, earning first team honors during his final two years at SJS ... Helped the Mavericks to a 20-14 overall record as a senior, batting .468 with 49 stolen bases and an on-base percentage of .556, with 19 doubles and seven home runs ... Earned Preseason Honorable Mention All-American honors from Perfect Game during his final three seasons ... Invited to the Area Code Games as a junior ...
