Liston, who is out of River Forest, Ill., averaged 21.5 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists on the week. The 6-1 guard hit 66.7 percent from the field and 70.0 percent from three-point land. She collected a huge double-double against Virginia with 21 points and a career-high tying 12 rebounds on Thursday in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
At Virginia Tech, Liston scored a team-high 22 points, had six rebounds and three assists in 38 minutes. Liston has now posted nine games this season with 20 or more points and 22 for her career. In the NCAA statistics, Liston ranks second nationally with a 50.0 three-point field goal percentage.
Liston earned ACC Player of the Week accolades for the second time in her career as she also earned the honor as a junior. Georgia Tech freshman Kaela Davis was named the ACC Rookie of the Week.
Third-ranked Duke (18-1) will next travel Tallahassee, Fla., on Thursday, Jan.23 for a 7:00 p.m., contest against Florida State. It will be aired live on ESPN3.
