2014-15: One of Duke’s top sprinters during her freshman campaign…Indoors, voted as the women’s team’s Freshman of the Year…picked up first team All-America honors after helping the 4x400 team finish sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/14) with a school-record 3:32.56 clocking…guided the 4x400 team to a silver medal at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/28) with a time of 3:34.00, garnering second team all-conference accolades…was part of 4x400 relays that took first at the Carolina Cup (1/16) and Iowa State Classic (2/14) and second at the Armory Invitational (1/31)…in other relays, finished second at the Armory Invitational (1/31) in the 4x200 with a school record 1:36.45…individually, entered the Duke indoor records book in the 200 (3rd – 24.48), 300 (4th – 38.93) and 400 (4th – 54.73)…produced her 54.73 400-meter performance at the ACC Championships (2/27) to finish ninth in the prelims…Outdoors at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/30), was part of the 4x400 team that placed 14th and set the school record with a 3:32.27 performance…earned a second team All-ACC selection after guiding the 4x400 team to a silver-medal finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/16) with a 3:32.40 showing…helped the Blue Devil 4x400 team to a win at the Duke Invitational, combining for a time of 3:43.69…also broke the school record in the 4x100 at the Duke Invitational (4/11), placing second with a 44.92…helped set a new Duke standard in the 4x200 at the Penn Relays (4/25), clocking a 1:33.83 to finish fourth…won the 400-meter hurdles competition at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/4), posting a time of 1:01.08 to rank third all-time in Duke history…running the 400 at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/15), clocked a preliminary time of 55.23 to take 17th overall…placed eighth in the 200 at the Duke Twilight (5/7), crossing the finish line in 24.27…selected to the All-ACC Academic Women’s Indoor Track & Field Team. 

Prior to Duke: Lettered four years in track & field under the guidance of Jorge Chen and new Duke volunteer assistant coach Mark Mueller at Menlo High School in Atherton, Calif.…named Menlo High School Girl Athlete of the Year her junior, sophomore and freshman year…West Bay Athletic League MVP her senior, junior and sophomore year…earned a runner-up finish in the 400 in 2014 at the California state meet…placed second at the Brooks PR Invite in the 400 in 2014…won gold in both the 400 and 200 at the Central Coast Section meet in 2013 and 2014…USATF Junior Olympic 400m All-American in 2013…placed first in the 400 at the Canadian Junior National Championships in 2014 and earned bronze at the same meet in 2013...her time of 53.20 in the 400 set a Canadian Junior National Championships meet record and also broke her school and league's record…earned 10th in the 400 and 4th in the 4x400 at the Junior World Championships for Team Canada in 2014...her 4x400 team set the Canadian Junior national record with a time of 3:33.17...also lettered three years in basketball…earned a spot on the All-West Bay Athletic League first team in 2013…led her team to the Central Coast Section title after averaging 10 points and six rebounds during the season…was a finalist for the Chris Zider Scholarship in 2012, given to sophomores that are well-rounded students, athletes and community members from around the California bay area…served as the Student Body Activities Coordinator and a senator for the Menlo Student Council…initial student to start M-BEST (Menlo’s Bridge to Engineering, Science and Technology)…earned the Menlo School Spirit Award.
