2017-18: Only participated in two races during the fall season of his sophomore campaign.
2016-17: Did not compete in the fall season…Participated in two competitions in the indoor season…Finished in eighth-place in the 3,000m at the Carolina Cup (1/13) with a time of 9:18.66…Posted a personal best time of 9:01.48 in the same event, good for 17th place, at the Liberty Invitational…Did not compete in the outdoor season.
2015-16: Participated in one competition during the indoor campaign...posted a seventh-place finish in the 5,000m at the Camel City Invitational (1/29) in a time of 15:06.27...did not compete during the outdoor season.
Prior to Duke: Four-year letterman under the guidance of Mark Weeks and Max Oliver at Pine Creek High School…earned 2013 Colorado Gatorade Runner of the Year honors…garnered All-America accolades following a 20th-place finish at the 2013 Nike Cross Nationals…broke the 15-minute barrier at the 2014 Liberty Bell Cross Country Invitational (9/12), clocking a time of 14:58 for 5K at altitude…Pine Creek Class of 2015 Valedictorian…AP Scholar with Honors.
