Central later that day with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Pablo Juez Torres on court five … clinched third consecutive match against Coastal Carolina with a 6-2, 6-0 victory against Jose Ortega on court six … picked up an ACC-opening victory against Jason Kros of Virginia Tech, fighting to a 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4) victory … after back-to-back losses against No. 5 North Carolina and No. 2 Wake Forest, rebounded with a 9-1 stretch to close the regular season … played on highest court of the year at second-ranked Virginia, dropping a straight-set decision to No. 64 Collin Altamirano on court three … pushed ACC winning streak to four by clinching against Notre Dame with a 6-1, 6-2 victory on court six against Guillermo Cabrera … won fifth consecutive ACC match with 6-3, 6-2 defeat of Miami’s Dane Dunlap … captured sixth straight league contest with 6-3, 6-4 victory against Louisville’s Brandon Lancaster … triumph broke a 2-2 tie and put Duke ahead for good as it won 4-3 at No. 39 Louisville … a week later, clinched Duke’s win against Miami in the ACC Championship second round with a 0-6, 6-1, 6-1 win against Dunlap on court six … in doubles, paired primarily with Jason Lapidus in dual matches, going 10-8 as a duo and 5-6 against league foes … duo defeated Sunay Bhat and Srdjan Jakovljevic of Tennessee 6-4 on court three to secure the doubles point for Duke … clinched the doubles point versus Coastal Carolina with Lapidus, downing Francesco Migliano and Luiz Faria 6-3 on court three … captured three-straight wins with Lapidus on court two, winning matches against duos from UCLA, N.C. State and Boston College, and earned the first doubles decision in all three matches … clinched the doubles point against Clemson with a 7-6 (5) win against Alex Favrot and Robert Dudley on court two … picked up Duke’s second doubles win at Louisville with a 7-5 victory versus George Heldey and Nicolas Rouanet that gave the Blue Devils the early advantage in the match … clinched the doubles point against No. 20 Georgia Tech in the ACC Championship quarterfinals with a 6-2 win versus Cole Fiegel and Michael Kay ... played in three fall tournaments, the ITA Carolina Regional, Wolfpack Invitational and Charlotte 49ers Fall Invitational, posting a 5-3 singles record and 3-2 doubles mark … reached the semifinals of his singles flights during last two tournaments of the fall … went 1-1 in singles at the regional, opening with a 6-2, 6-0 win in the Round of 128 before falling 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 to UNC Charlotte’s Leonardo Menezes in the Round of 64 … reached the semifinals of the Wolfpack Invitational, defeating Elon’s Felipe Osses-Konig 6-1, 6-3 and N.C. State’s Igor Saveljic 6-4, 6-4 before falling to NCSU’s No. 39 Nick Horton, 6-2, 4-6, 5-7 … finished up in Charlotte with a 2-1 singles mark, downing Andy Lau of Troy 6-2, 6-2 and Haris Poric of Wofford 7-6 (4), 6-0 before falling to Henry Patten of UNC Asheville 6-2, 6-2 in the semifinals … in doubles, dropped an 8-6 decision to Elon’s Mario Paccini and Neal Port with Robert Levine at the Wolfpack Invitational … went 2-1 with Spencer Furman at the Charlotte 49ers Fall Invitational, taking the A2 flight consolation championship with a 6-2 victory against Davidson’s Shamael Chaudhry and J.B. Gough.
2015-16: Concluded rookie campaign with a 12-8 singles record, 10-3 ledger in dual matches and a 10-10 mark in doubles … posted a winning mark in ACC singles play, going 3-2 … filled slots three through six of the singles order, playing most often in spots five (4-2 record) and six (4-1 mark) … after a 1-1 start to the spring campaign, won five straight matches … earned first career dual match victory against Felipe Osses-Konig of Elon at the No. 6 spot … turned in a 6-3, 6-0 victory versus Vanderbilt's Tate Allwardt on court six … played as high as the No. 3 spot in the order, topping NC A&T's Nicolas Ardur, 6-1, 6-0, in that position … registered first career match-clinching point against Coastal Carolina's Rick Timmerman with a 6-1, 6-1 triumph on court five … gave Duke its first lead at No. 74 Miami by topping Niclas Genovese 6-2, 6-0 on court five to put the Blue Devils up 2-1 en route to a 5-2 victory … tallied second ACC victory with a 6-1, 6-3 triumph versus Kyle Childree of Boston College … extended winning streak to three matches with victories versus Louisville's Carlos Longhi Neto and N.C. Central's Thomas Persico, both of which clinched the match for Duke … missed the remainder of the spring season due to injury … teamed with senior Josh Levine for seven doubles matches during the spring, playing them all at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots … duo claimed first two matches before dropping next two decisions … paired with sophomore Nicolas Alvarez for six matches and went 3-3, 2-3 at No. 1 and 1-0 at No. 2 … also went 0-1 with freshman Catalin Mateas … clinched the doubles point with Alvarez at Vanderbilt in a 6-3 victory against Baker Newman and Pen Binet … captured first ACC doubles win with Levine, downing Miami's Kevin Bondar and Fermin Calvo, 6-4 … added second league doubles triumph with Levine against Boston College's Kent Mukai and Jeff Melvin with a 6-3 decision … played in two fall tournaments and posted a 2-5 singles mark and 3-3 doubles record … made Duke debut at the USTA/ITA Carolina Regional and went 1-2 in singles and 2-1 in doubles … earned first career victory against Wake Forest's Sam Bloom with a 6-4, 6-4 triumph in the consolation bracket Round of 64 … played four matches at the Wake Forest Invite and went 1-3 … teamed with freshman Vincent Lin in doubles and advanced to the regional Round of 16 before suffering a 7-6 (4), 6-3 setback to Furman's Cameron Green and Adam Steryous … the pair of Dickerson and Lin was the only Duke squad to advance to the Round of 16 … at the Wake Forest Invite, teamed with Levine and went 1-2.
