Helped lead the Europe squad to a 15-9 victory over Great Britain & Ireland in the Vagliano Trophy played in Italy … competed in her first U.S. Women’s Open, but missed the cut with rounds of 75 and 80 … turned in rounds of 73, 75, 72 and 75 to place tied for 45th at the European Ladies’ Amateur Championship … advanced to the round of 32 of match play at the U.S. Women’s Amateur, after carding rounds of 76 and 69 in qualifying.
All-ACC honoree ... turned in a 73.39 stroke average, while dealing with illness and injury most of the season ... collected one top five, two top 10 and six top 20 finishes ... with rounds of 73, 67 and 70 for a six-under-par, 210, placed second at the LSU Tiger Golf Classic ... notched 10 rounds of even or under par to rank third on the team ... finished the season ranked No. 75 in the Golfweek individual listing ... helped lead Duke to three wins on the season -- ACC Championship, LSU Tiger Golf Classic and the East Lake Cup.
Summer of 2016:
Advanced to the championship match of the U.S. Women's Amateur, before falling, 1-up, to Eun Jeong Seong … went 5-1 in match play during the week, after carding rounds of 74 and 68 in stroke play qualifying … turned in rounds of 71, 69, 77 and 75 for a total of 292 to place 69th at the LPGA Marathon Classic.
NCAA Individual Champion ... Honda Sports Award for Golf - National Player of the Year ... WGCA & Golfweek First Team All-America ...
