As a Team    
• The Blue Devils moved to 15-5 overall, 3-4 against ACC opponents and 146-100 when facing NC State, with Monday’s result. Duke’s record while facing NC State in Cameron now sits at 50-24.
• Duke used the starting lineup of Jayson Tatum, Marques Bolden, Matt Jones, Frank Jackson and Amile Jefferson for the first time this season and owns a 0-1 record with those five players on the floor to start the game. Duke started three freshmen for the first time this season.
• The Blue Devils moved to 17-11 all-time when competing as the 17th-ranked team in the nation.
• Duke scored 70+ points against NC State for the 38th straight meeting between the two teams, dating back to Feb. 8, 1998. Duke is 31-7 over the 38-game stretch.

Duke on the Glass
• Freshman Jayson Tatum tied a career high after collecting a team-high nine rebounds. A freshman led the way for Duke’s rebounding efforts for the fifth time this season.
• With five rebounds, Jefferson’s career boards total moved to 829, tying him with Carroll Youngkin for the 16th most in program history.
• Duke outrebounded NC State, 38-35, the 13th game this season the Blue Devils brought down more boards than their opponent.

Duke’s Offensive Output
• Sophomore Luke Kennard connected on 5-of-9 (.556) attempts from the floor, including 2-of-5 (.400) from beyond the arc, his 23rd consecutive game with at least one three-pointer (dating back to last season). Kennard’s active streak of 23 games leads the ACC. Kennard is shooting 30-of-60 (.500) from three-point range over the team’s last 12 games.
• Kennard scored 20 points for the 10th time this season after netting 20 against NC State.
• Kennard also dished four assists, his ninth game this season with 3+ assists in a contest. Kennard posted eight games during the 2015-16 campaign with 3+ assists.
Grayson Allen scored 13 points, bringing his career total to 1,203. Allen’s 1,203 points rank 46th on Duke’s all-time scorers list.
• Duke’s bench netted 41 points, marking the first time this season the Blue Devil bench scored at least 30 points in back-to-back games. The 41 bench points are also a season high, besting the previous high of 35, which came against Marist in the season-opener.
• The Blue Devils scored 40 points in the paint against NC State, bringing their season total to 684 points scored in the lane. Forty-one percent of Duke’s points have come in the paint this season.

Duke on the Defensive End
• Duke’s defense forced the Wolfpack into committing 10 turnovers, the team’s 17th game causing an opponent to turn the ball over at least 10 times.
Matt Jones registered two steals, his 12th game this season with at least two steals.
Jayson Tatum posted a two-block game for the sixth time this season.

Fresh Faces
Jayson Tatum recorded his 12th straight double-digit scoring game, netting 16 points.
