Art Gregory, a native of Aiken, South Carolina, was a Duke football standout from 1960 through 1962. During his three seasons as a tackle for the Blue Devils, the team claimed three Atlantic Coast Conference championships and had a 23-8 overall record.

Gregory won the Jacobs Blocking Trophy and was named All-ACC in both 1961 and 1962. He made third team All-America in 1961 and was a second-team pick in 1962.

Gregory was a member of Duke's last bowl squad, the 1960 team that defeated Arkansas in the Cotton Bowl on January 2, 1961. That 1960 team was undefeated in the ACC and 8-3 overall.

Gregory is now executive director of the Coca Cola Bottlers Association of America. He lives in Atlanta and is a long-time member of the Peach Bowl selection committee.
