DURHAM, N.C. - In celebration of the 35th anniversary of the McDonald's All-American Game, McDonald's lists its 35 greatest all-stars with the Duke Blue Devils well represented on the list with four selections. Former Duke standouts Grant Hill, Bobby Hurley, Christian Laettner and Jason Williams were each selected by members of the McDonald's All-American Games selection committee, led by Hall of Fame coach and committee chairman Morgan Wooten.

"For 35 years, the McDonald's All-American Games have showcased the top high school basketball players nationwide," Wootten said. "These 35 players included on this list embody the McDonald's All-American Games and celebrate all the elite athletes that have participated in the games over the years."

The players were chosen based on their high school career and performance in the McDonald's All-American Games, success at the collegiate and professional level, and post-career accomplishments.

This year's McDonald's All-America teams will be announced on February 9 (5 p.m. ET on ESPNU). Duke has had 55 McDonald's All-America selections, including 53 under head coach Mike Krzyzewski. Current team members Quinn Cook, Ryan Kelly, Marshall Plumlee, Mason Plumlee and Austin Rivers were each McDonald's All-Americans.

Rivers and his father Doc are one of two father-son tandems honored as McDonald's All-Americans. The elder Rivers was also selected as one of the top 35 McDonald's All-Americans
