•    Duke (19-29, 7-17 ACC) will face No. 7 North Carolina (35-13, 16-8 ACC) this weekend in a three-game series at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park.
•    The Blue Devils are 9-17 at home this season.
•    Duke is 93-176-3 all-time against North Carolina. The Blue Devils dropped all three games to the Tar Heels in 2011.
•    Duke is coming off a 3-0 week after defeating Longwood on Sunday and winning a doubleheader against Coppin State on Tuesday.

•    Marcus Stroman’s career 3.32 ERA is the second-lowest in Duke history in the aluminum bat era (since 1974) and sixth-lowest all-time.
•    Duke’s starting weekend rotation of Marcus Stroman, Trent Swart and Robert Huber owns a combined ERA of 3.76 in 36 appearances. Those three have amassed 211 strikeouts (9.13 K/9) and a 2.45:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 208.0 innings.
•    Stroman, Swart and Huber have pitched at least five innings in 26 of their 34 starts.
•    Sophomore RHP Robert Huber threw his first career complete game in a 5-3 win over Maryland on April 15.
•    Marcus Stroman and Robert Huber are two of nine ACC hurlers to have pitched a complete game this season.

•    Senior David Putman ranks fifth in the ACC with five saves.
•    David Putman has three saves in ACC games, while Andrew Istler has two.
•    Duke’s .968 fielding percentage is tied for fifth-best in the ACC.
•    Duke senior CF Will Piwnica-Worms is the team’s active leader in 10 categories: hits (237), at bats (793), doubles (55), triples (15), home runs (17), RBI (137), runs (144), stolen bases (42), games played (213) and games started (210).
•    Sophomore Mike Rosenfeld is hitting .367 in ACC games, which ranks as the fourth-highest in league play. Rosenfeld’s 18 RBI in ACC games are tied for seventh-most.
•    Mike Rosenfeld’s .345 overall average is the 11th-highest among ACC hitters.
•    Freshman Andy Perez is batting .349 in ACC games, 10th-highest in the league.
•    Freshman Andrew Istler is hitting .325 in league play, 14th-best in ACC games.
•    Jordan Betts ranks tied for third in the ACC and tied for sixth in the NCAA with 18 doubles. His 11 doubles in league play rank as the second-highest in the ACC.
•    Duke ranks tied for 14th nationally in triples with 16. Eight different Blue Devils have tripled this season.
•    Duke has five players hitting .300 or better with two outs on the board: Mike Rosenfeld (.413), Will Piwnica-Worms (.375), Andrew Istler (.325), Jeff Kremer (.313) and Angelo La Bruna (.313).
•    Duke has driven in 87 runs with two outs. Will Piwnica-Worms has 15 two-out RBI, Mike Rosenfeld has 12 and Angelo La Bruna and Grant McCabe have 10 apiece.
•    Duke’s freshman and sophomore position players have combined to start 332 games, equal to 77 percent of the team’s total starts. Senior Will Piwnica-Worms (43 starts) and juniors Jeff Kremer (42), Ryan Munger (12) and Marcus Stroman (3) are the only upperclassmen to have started a game.
•    Sophomore Jordan Betts has started 104-of-104 games in his career.
•    Duke has 18 home runs through its first 48 games. The Blue Devils had 10 homers all last season.
