DURHAM, N.C. – After finishing seventh at the 2012 NCAA Cross Country Championships, Duke University’s women’s cross country coach, Kevin Jermyn announced the team's 2013 schedule Friday, July 19. The season will kick off with the second annual Bull City Classic, a home dual meet with cross town foe North Carolina Central, which is held in conjunction with the Duke NCCU football game.
The Blue Devils will return five of its seven runners who competed at the NCAA Championships including redshirt seniors Juliet Bottorff and Ashley Brasovan, senior Gabby Levac and juniors Kelsey Lakowske and Carolyn Baskir. Lakowske and Bottorff both earned All-America honors during the 2012 season.
