Felicia Tittle joined the Duke staff in April of 2009 and serves as the institution's Executive Director of Recreation and Physical Education.
In this position, Tittle oversees the school's programs for aquatics, group fitness, outdoor adventure, intramurals, physical education, personal training, recreation facilities, and sport clubs.
Tittle joined the Duke staff after serving as the Director of Campus Recreation at Florida Gulf Coast University since 2005. Her previous experience in college athletics also includes service at North Carolina Wesleyan College (Intramural Director), East Carolina University (Program Coordinator & Athletic Academic Coordinator) and St. Augustine's College (Fitness Specialist & Assistant Women's Basketball Coach).
A native of North Carolina, Tittle earned a bachelor of science degree in therapeutic recreation from Winston-Salem State University in 1997 and later received a master's degree in recreation and leisure facilities and service administration from East Carolina University in 2003.
