DURHAM, N.C. - Five former members of the Duke men's lacrosse team have been selected for the 2011 Sports Authority Major League Lacrosse All-Star game, the league announced on June 27. Former Blue Devil standouts Ned Crotty, Matt Danowski, Max Quinzani, Brad Ross and Mike Ward were all named to the team.

Crotty currently is second in the league in scoring with 26 points while Danowski is fifth. Quinzani is seventh and Ross rounds out the top eight. Quinzani and the Boston Cannons are tied for the top spot in the league with a 5-1 record and have scored a league-best 92 goals.

The MLL All-Star event will start off on Friday, July 8th at Harvard Stadium in Boston, Mass. with an All-Star Kick Off Party at 7 p.m. The game will be held on Saturday, July 9th at Harvard Stadium at 7 p.m. The MLL All-Star Game will air live on ESPN2.
