With the Duke Victory… • Moved to 16-1 overall and 3-0 in ACC play on the season. • Collected the 800th all-time win for the Blue Devil hoops program. • Won its 30th straight home contest against an ACC opponent. • Notched its 128th consecutive home game against an unranked opponent. • Moved to 7-1 at home this season. • Is now 12-2 all-time versus Boston College. • Coach P improved to 9-5 all-time against the Eagles. • Coach P moved to 91-6 in Cameron Indoor Stadium since arriving at Duke. • Won 91 out of the last 97, 105 out of the last 111 and 187 out of the last 198 games in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Senior Tricia Liston • Finished the game matching a season-low five points in only 19 minutes. • Hit 1-of-2 from three-point land. • Played only six minutes in the first half and scored three points due to foul trouble.
Senior Haley Peters • Scored 13 of her 15 points in the second half. • Tied a career high with six free throws made and attempted a career high seven. • Saw action in only seven first half minutes and scored two points due to foul trouble. • Snapped a five-game stretch in which she failed to hit a three-pointer.
Sophomore Alexis Jones • Had 10 points, three rebounds and two assists in only 22 minutes. • Was in foul trouble for most of the first half.
Junior Elizabeth Williams • Missed her fourth straight double-double by one point with nine points and 11 rebounds in 30 minutes. • Pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds and had three steals. • Moved her consecutive blocks streak to 86 straight games since arriving at Duke with her one swat on the afternoon.
Senior Chelsea Gray • Ttoaled 11 points, four steals, two rebounds and two assists only a season-low 16 minutes. • Moved into a tie for 16th on the ACC career assist list with 545. • With her four steals, moved into 19th place on the ACC career steals list with 298. • Broke a four-game stretch without scoring double-figures as she notched 11 points. • Snapped a six-game streak without hitting a three-pointer.
Senior Richa Jackson • Scored a season-high 17 points off the bench and hit 8-of-13 field goals. • Pulled down six rebounds , had three assists and had three steal sin 26 minutes. • Registered 12 first half points on 6-of-7 field goals.
Other Duke Notes… • Had four different players get two fouls in the first half, including three starters. • Held to a season-low 33.3 percent shooting in the second half. • Hit 60.0 percent from the field in the first half. • Outrebounded Boston College, 44-31. • Scored 28 points off the bench. • Dished only 13 assists, after dishing 27 the game before. • Notched 16 steals. • Will next host Virginia on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 6:30 p.m. The game will be aired live on RSN-TV in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
