Duke 67, Miami 46

Team Notes:
•    Thanks to a 15-rebound effort from Jabari Parker, the Blue Devils outrebounded Miami 42-28 for their largest rebounding margin in ACC play. The +14 differential is tied for the second largest all season, trailing only the +15 marks against Gardner-Webb (37-22) and Eastern Michigan (47-32) and matching the +14 mark against UNC Asheville (42-28).
•    Duke’s 42 rebounds against Miami are the most in ACC play this season, as are the 15 offensive rebounds.
•    For only the third time all season, Duke failed to have a player reach 20 points. Jabari Parker was Duke’s leading scorer against Miami with 17 points.
•    Duke used the starting lineup of Quinn Cook, Rodney Hood, Amile Jefferson, Matt Jones and Jabari Parker for the third straight game. Cook and Parker have started all 19 games in 2013-14.
•    Duke led just 19-17 with 6:39 remaining in the first half but closed out the final 5:24 on a 14-4 run. Duke took a 33-21 lead into halftime, marking the 18th time in 19 games Duke has led at the break. Duke has not trailed at halftime all season.
•    Duke scored 67 points on 59 possessions for an average of 1.14 points per possession. Duke ranks tied for second in the country with 1.21 points per possession.
•    Duke played its 237th consecutive game as a ranked team. The Blue Devils are 196-40 (.831) during that run, which began at the start of the 2007-08 season.
•    The victory was Duke’s first ACC road win of the season. Duke had previously dropped away games at Notre Dame (79-77) and Clemson (72-59). Duke is 4-4 away from Cameron Indoor Stadium this season.
•    Duke’s top three scorers – Quinn Cook, Rodney Hood and Jabari Parker – combined for 37 of 67 Duke points, including 23 of 33 in the first half. Those three combine to average 49.3 points per game, or 60.2 percent of Duke’s total scoring.

Head Coach Mike Krzyzewski
•    Improved his career record to 972-301 (.764), the most wins of any NCAA Division I head coach.
•    Won his 899th game at Duke, moving to within one win of becoming only the second coach in NCAA history to win 900 games at one school. Only Syracuse’s Jim Boeheim has more wins at one school.

Player Notes:

Quinn Cook
•    Made his 53rd consecutive start, the longest active streak on the team.
•    Hit a three-pointer in the 15th straight game and finished 2-of-5 from behind the line.

Andre Dawkins
•    Swiped a season-high three steals while playing just 10 minutes, his fewest minutes since Dec. 19.
•    Hit 2-of-6 three-pointers for his 11th game this season with multiple treys.

Rodney Hood
•    Scored in double figures for the 17th time in 19 games, finishing with 12 points on 5-of-8 shooting. Hood has scored in double figures in seven straight games.
•    Hit a three-pointer in the 16th straight game, the longest active streak on the team. Hood finished 2-of-4 from three-point range and is shooting an ACC-leading .459 (39-of-85) from three-point range this season.

Amile Jefferson
•    Grabbed at least six rebounds for the 11th straight game.  Jefferson hauled in four offensive rebounds, increasing his team-leading total to 46 on the year.

Jabari Parker
•    Logged his team-leading fifth double-double of the season, finishing with 17 points and a career-high 15 rebounds. Parker has grabbed double-digit rebounds a team-high five times, and his five double-doubles and five double-figure rebounding games both rank tied for fifth most by a Duke freshman.
•    The double-figure scoring game was Parker’s 18th in 19 games this season.
•    Totaled three blocks to increase his team-leading total to 23 on the year.

Rasheed Sulaimon
•    Came off the bench to score nine points and dish out four assists. The four assists tied for the team lead.
