DURHAM, N.C. -- The Duke football program held its annual Pro Day event on Wednesday afternoon with 24 NFL organizations sending representatives to campus.

A total of six former Blue Devils participated including defensive end Kenny Anunike, wide receiver Brandon Braxton, cornerback Ross Cockrell, defensive end Justin Foxx, quarterback Sean Schroeder and running back Juwan Thompson.

Anunike twice earned All-ACC honors at Duke and registered 148 tackles, 26.0 tackles for loss and 15.0 sacks in his 54-game tenure.  In 46 games, Braxton caught 89 passes for 893 yards and three touchdowns despite playing his junior campaign in the defensive backfield.  Cockrell, a two-year team captain and two-time first team All-ACC selection who also participated in drills at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis back in February, closed his 49-game career with 233 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, 12 interceptions and 42 pass breakups.

Foxx, a team captain in 2013 who played in 45 career games, logged 152 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss and 11.5 sacks.  Schroeder, a member of the Duke program for three years (2009-10-11) before graduating, played the past two seasons at Hawaii and threw for 4,838 yards with 39 touchdowns with the Warriors.  Thompson, also a team captain this past season, appeared in 49 career games as a Blue Devil and rushed for 1,244 yards and nine touchdowns while catching 56 passes for 397 yards and three touchdowns.

The NFL Draft is set for May 8-10.
