Megan Rottler enters her first year with Duke University Sports Performance staff in July 2017after spending the previous two years as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning for Harvard University.
Rottler is the sports performance coach for the women’s soccer, volleyball, softball and rowing teams at Duke.
At Harvard University, Rottler was responsible for the design and implementation of the strength and conditioning programs for men’s and women’s diving, women’s lacrosse, women’s rugby, softball, women’s volleyball, men’s heavy and lightweight rowing, and assisted with multiple other sports including football and women’s basketball.
Prior to Harvard University, she served as a graduate assistant at Southeast Missouri State University before becoming a full-time staff member for two years.
Rottler is a native of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri. She received her Master’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University in Sports Management. She is certified by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coach Association (CSCCa) and the United States Weightlifting Organization (USAW).
