Junior: Completed season by finishing 14th in the 1650 free at the NCAA Championships with a time of 16:09.65, breaking her preivous seasons’ record and standing ... placed second in the 1650 free at the ACC Championships with a season-best time of 9:49.14 ... also finished fifth in the 500 free with another seaon-best time of 4:45.80, and anchored the 800 free relay team that finished ninth overall in the ACCs ... broke the pool record with a time of 9:54.45 in the 1000 free in a meet against conference rivals North Carolina ... compiled 19 first and four second place finishes for the season ... was an honorable mention All-America in the 1650 free ... made All-ACC ... also made All-ACC Academic in women’s swimming and diving...

Sophomore: Capped off her sophomore campaign with a 23rd place swim of the 1650 free at the NCAA Championships in College Station, Texas while battling a stomach flu that kept her out of the 500 free earlier in the week … shattered the ACC Championship meet record, the Duke team record, and her own personal best in the 1650 free with a 15:56.50 en route to first place in the conference and an NCAA ‘B’ standard … became the first Blue Devil woman in history to break the 16-minute mark in the mile swim … took seventh place in the 500 free at ACCs with a careerbest, school record breaking, and NCAA ‘B’ standard 4:44.56 … also turned in a 21st place finish in the 200 free with a time of 1:49.89 … broke the Duke record in the 500, 1000, and 1650 freestyles adding to her record in the 200 free from her freshman year … combined with Fasano, Dwyer, and Magee to rewrite the record in the 800 free relay (7:22.49) … recorded a first place in every dual and invitational meet of the season … top qualifier in the 500 free at the Gamecock Invitational (4:50.11), then came back in 4:46.01 to take first place in the finals … also took first place in the 1650 free at the Gamecock Invitational in what was then a 16:06.76 career-best … broke the Duke 1000 free record in ACC qualifiers with a 9:37.57 which was almost 22 seconds faster than her time that broke the record last season … named to both the ACC Honor Roll and the All-ACC Academic team …

Freshman: Competed in the 2008 Olympic Trials in Ohama, Neb., in the 400-meter freestyle, after obtaining the cut with time of 4:19.29 … set an NCAA ‘A’ cut in the 1650 free, automatically qualifying for the NCAA Championships, the first Duke athlete to get there since 2004 … placed 16th in the 1650 free at NCAAs, earning All-America honors, the first since Olympian Nancy Hogshead in 1981 … broke four individual school records in her first collegiate season … was also a member of two school record breaking relay teams … swam team’s fastest times in the 200 freestyle, 500 free, 1000 free, and 1650 free … … All-ACC performer in the 500 free and 1650 free … took second in the 500 free at ACCs with a school record-shattering 4:45.19, which bested the 27-year-old record of 4:48.43 set in 1981 by Hogshead … broke Duke’s 1000 freestyle record by almost seven seconds in her first collegiate meet, touching in at 9:59.15 … a member of Duke’s top 400 free relay of the season, teaming up with Spearman, Jeffrey, and Beall to swim a school record 3:24.84 and place seventh at ACCs… member of Duke’s fastest 800 free relay of the season that clocked 7:28.73 to take seventh at the ACC Championships, along with Jackie Fasano, Katie Magee, and Jessica Perry … joined Danielle Spearman, Shannon Beall, and Meredith Bannon in a fifth-place finish in the 400 medley relay at ACCs, a 3:44.09 performance that was a school record and ‘B’ standard … … part of second-best 800 free relay of the season, along with Spearman, Magee, and Beall at the Georgia Tech Invitational (7:34.41) … named to the ACC All-Academic Team … named to the ACC Honor Roll … named Academic All-American …
