Alcohol
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol inside of Koskinen Stadium.
Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the stadium.
ATM
Machines
There are no ATM machines inside Koskinen Stadium. However, the stadium
concession stand does accept credit cards.
Bags and
Bag Search
Small bags, purses and fanny packs are permitted into Koskinen Stadium.
However, all bags are subject to search by stadium officials.
Concessions
Blue Devil Concessions operates the concession stand in Koskinen Stadium. The
concession stand is located inside the northwest gate of Koskinen Stadium. The
stand is open approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of each game. No
outside food or beverages are permitted.
Conduct
Duke Athletics expects all fans to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner
at all times before, during and after the game. We expect all fans to treat
other fans, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Fans should contact a
stadium official or a police officer if they feel someone is not acting
appropriately.
First Aid
An ambulance and paramedics are at every home soccer game. They are
located in the southwest corner of the stadium next to the team locker rooms
and restrooms.
Handicapped
Guests
There is handicapped seating available. Please contact a Duke event staff
member or police officer for assistance.
Lost and
Found
All lost and found items will be available for pick-up the following business
day after home games. Please call 919-668-5658 to inquire about lost items.
Parking
and Transportation
Free Parking is available for most games in the Whitford Drive Lot and along
Bassett Drive and in the Grounds Lot at the end of Bassett Drive. If a
soccer game coincides with another event there may be a charge to park. Gates
open 2 hours prior to game time.
Pets
All pets (including dogs) are prohibited inside Koskinen Stadium. (Exception:
Service animals are allowed to assist those with disabilities)
Police
There are police officers on site for every soccer game. If
you need assistance or have questions contact the closest officer. For
emergencies please call 911.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the southwest side of the stadium next to the team
locker rooms. Both the men's and women's restrooms are handicapped accessible.
Safety
Policies
Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can
enjoy the Duke Soccer experience free from unacceptable behavior, including the
following:
- No Throwing of Objects
- No entry onto the playing field before, during and after the game
- No unruly or disruptive behavior
- No Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption
Any guest
not adhering to the above code or behaving in an unruly manner will be removed
from Koskinen Stadium. Crowd management staff reserves the right to determine
what is unruly or unacceptable behavior, warranting removal.
If anyone
is interfering with your enjoyment in our facility, please contact the nearest
staff member or police officer for assistance.
Smoking
Policy
No smoking is allowed inside Koskinen Stadium. Smoking is permitted
outside the stadium.
Ticket
Information
All Duke home events at Koskinen Stadium are ticketed events.
Tickets
go on sale outside the stadium gates 60 minutes prior to game time. All patrons
entering the stadium must have a ticket or credential.
