Prior to Duke: Three-year letterman at Gulliver Prep under Earl Simms ... as a senior, caught 60 passes for 1,163 yards and 11 TDs ... led the Miami area in receiving yards in 2008 while helping Gulliver Prep to a 12-2 record and berth in the Florida 2A state championship game ... also averaged 44.4 yards per punt ... Class 2A first team all-state pick by the Florida Sports Writers Association ... All-Dade County pick by the Miami Herald ... had 48 catches for 825 yards and seven TDs to earn second team all-county accolades as a junior as team went 9-2 with a state playoff berth ... finished career with 131 receptions for 2,668 yards and 22 TDs ... also lettered in track and field.
