As a member of the athletics staff at Duke University, there are several NCAA, ACC and Duke rules and regulations that you must adhere to. We know you would never intentionally do anything to place the University in danger of violating NCAA legislation. However, the complexity of the rules and the extent to which they govern nearly all forms of contact between the institution and prospects and student-athletes requires constant vigilance on the part of all who are associated with Duke. The Duke University Athletics Compliance Office is here to serve you by answering your questions and helping you understand the rules.
