Duke and Marist will face off for the just the second time in the programs' history after the inaugural meeting last season. The Red Foxes gave the Blue Devils everything they could handle as Duke overcame a two-goal deficit heading into the fourth quarter for the 11-10 victory. The Blue Devils outscored Marist 4-1 in the final 15 minutes with David Lawson netting the game-winning goal with 4:38 left in the contest.
The Blue Devils' home schedule this season features 11 games, including contests against each of the three NCAA semifinalists and reigning NCAA Champion Loyola. Overall, Duke hosts five teams ranked in the preseason top 10 with two of those being against ACC foes Maryland and Virginia.
Duke opens the 2013 campaign Feb. 9 against Denver at 12 p.m. Jacksonville visits Koskinen Stadium the following afternoon at 12 p.m.
