DURHAM, N.C.- Junior Haley Peters has been a key component of Duke's success since arriving in Durham three years ago.  A native of Red Bank, N.J., Peters has started 74 games and helped lead the Blue Devils to three straight ACC regular season titles, two ACC Championships and two NCAA Tournament Elite Eight finishes.

Known as one of the hardest workers to step foot in Cameron Indoor Stadium, Peters has displayed a toughness like no other as well.  The 6-3 forward has won the Iron Blue Devil Award in each of the last two years that goes to the women's basketball player that performs the best in offseason and preseason conditioning.

A two-time All-ACC selection, Peters is averaging 12.1 points, a team-high 7.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.1 steals on the season.  She has not only been stellar on the court as Peters is a two-time ACC Honor Roll selection, three-time All-ACC Academic team honoree, a Dean's List selection each semester and a Capital One All-Academic District III honoree.

Duke (30-2) will host Hampton (28-5) in the NCAA Tournament first round on Sunday, March 24 at 12:05 p.m.
