The Last Time Out
Rasheed Sulaimon scored 21 points, and Seth Curry added 17 points to lead second-seeded Duke past seventh-seeded Creighton 66-50 in the NCAA Tournament third round.
• Sulaimon shot 5-of-9 from the field, 3-of-5 from three-point range and 8-of-10 from the free throw line in his fourth 20-point effort of the season. It was only the second 20-point effort by a Duke freshman in an NCAA Tournament game since the 2004-05 season.
Quinn Cook dished out six assists and committed just two turnovers, while Mason Plumlee scored 10 points on 4-of-7 shooting.
• Creighton entered the game averaging 75.1 points per game but was held to a season-low 50 points. The Bluejays made just 16 field goals – the second-fewest by a Duke opponent this season – and only 2-of-19 shots from three-point range.

Numbers Game
• The Blue Devils recorded their 2,000th win last Sunday in the 66-50 victory over Creighton. Duke is 2,000-839 all-time, putting the program alongside Kentucky, Kansas and North Carolina as the only teams to reach the 2,000-win plateau.
• Duke is one win shy of reaching the 30-win plateau for the 13th time in school history, all of which have come under head coach Mike Krzyzewski. Coach K has more 30-win seasons  than any coach in NCAA history.
• The Blue Devils are 8-1 on neutral courts this season. Duke has defeated No. 3 Kentucky, No. 2 Louisville, Minnesota, VCU, Davidson and No. 22 Creighton on neutral courts this season. Duke’s lone neutral site loss this season came against Maryland in the ACC Tournament.
• Duke was ranked No. 6 in the final AP Poll of the 2012-13 season. The senior trio of Seth Curry, Ryan Kelly and Mason Plumlee spent their entire careers ranked in the top 10 of the AP Poll.
• Duke has the second-highest three-point percentage (.403) and second-lowest opponent three-point percentage (.295) of any of the remaining 16 teams in the NCAA Tournament.
• Duke is 22-1 on the season when shooting better than 45.0 percent from the field. The Blue Devils are 18-0 when shooting 40.0 percent or better from three-point range.
• Duke is 15-0 against non-conference teams this season.
• Duke opponents are assisting on just 40.7 percent of their field goals, the second-lowest mark in the nation.
• Duke is 20-1 with Ryan Kelly in the lineup this season, including a 4-0 mark against top-five teams. Kelly is among the winningest players at Duke, posting a 110-14 (.887) record to rank third on Duke’s all-time winning percentage list.
