He tallied a career-best five points (3g, 2a) in Duke’s 19-16 win over Virginia and also had five points in the narrow ACC Tournament loss to North Carolina.

Offit has been especially crucial late in games for the Blue Devils this season. He gave Duke a two-goal lead, 10-8, with 2:35 remaining versus North Carolina and then had the go-ahead goal against Harvard with 5:25 to play. In the victory over Virginia, Offit scored the tying goal and then assisted on the team’s 19th tally to secure the win. Most recently, the senior caption gave Duke’s its first lead against Loyola in the NCAA Tournament first round game since it was 1-0 with a tally with 9:20 to go in regulation.

For his career, Offit has played in 70 games with 62 goals and 29 assists for 91 points and helped Duke capture the 2012 ACC Championship. In his four seasons, Duke has advanced to the NCAA semifinals all four years and won the top prize in 2010. Offit is 59-20 for his career at Duke.
