The Crimson most recently defeated Dartmouth 16-7 and lost to the Tar Heels 13-10 ... Peter Schwartz has a team-high 21 points (11g, 10a) and Will Walker owns a team-best 18 goals ... Gabriel Mendola and Keegan Michel have shared faceoff duties, winning 55 and 39 percent of their draws, respectively ... Robert Duvnjack and Stephen Jahelka are the defensive forces with eight and seven caused turnovers ... In goal Jake Gambitsky has played all but 6:46 and has a 9.65 goals against average and a .537 save percentage.

Duke comes into Saturday’s game on a four-game win streak following the 21-7 win over Syracuse ... Jordan Wolf is among the top scorers in the nation with 47 points (31g, 16a), while Deemer Class has contributed a balanced 17 goals and 15 assists from the first midfield line ... Josh Dionne has 26 goals and Case Matheis owns 11 to round out the attacking trio ... Luke Duprey and Casey Carroll lead the charge defensively with 17 caused turnovers apiece, while seniors Henry Lobb and Chris Hipps join Carroll to anchor the close defense ... Brendan Fowler is winning 63 percent of his faceoffs and has 89 ground balls ... In goal, Luke Aaron sports an 8.15 goals against average and a .572 save percentage in his 10 games.
 
Last Time We Met
Duke scored four of the game’s final five goals to post a come-from-behind 12-11 victory at Harvard ... Trailing 10-8 midway through the fourth quarter, Duke rattled off four goals in 3:32 to go up 12-10 and eventually  held on for the one-goal win ... Jordan Wolf led the charge with three goals, while Josh Dionne had what proved to be the game winner ... Kyle Turri made 10 saves, including four in the fourth quarter.

Duke’s first midfield tallied 23 points overall (12g, 11 a) to lead the Blue Devils to a commanding 21-7 victory over No. 6 Syracuse ... Duke’s 21 goals were the most against an ACC opponent since March 1, 1973 when the Blue Devils blanked NC State 22-0 ... The 14-goal loss was the worst for the Orange since a 24-8 defeat to Hobart April 23, 1977 ... Three players tallied at least five goals with Deemer Class leading the way with six and 10 points overall ... Fowler At The X
After setting the NCAA single-season record for faceoff victories in 2013, senior Brendan Fowler has picked up where he left off for the Blue Devils ... Fowler has taken all but 31 faceoffs this season and sports a .632 success rate ... He has picked up ground balls on 88 of his 139 faceoff wins (63 percent) ... For his career he has 654 faceoff victories and a .623 faceoff percentage ... Fowler is in just his second season as Duke’s faceoff leader having taken just 31 percent of the draws in 2011 and 2012.
