DURHAM, N.C. – Three members of the Duke men’s tennis program were awarded undergraduate degrees from Duke University Sunday, May 11 during commencement exercises at Wallace Wade Stadium.

Receiving bachelor’s degrees were Cale Hammond (sociology), Chris Mengel (history) and Fred Saba (psychology).

The three Blue Devils have guided the program to a four-year record of 92-28 during their careers while helping the team advance to the ACC championship match twice and the NCAA quarterfinals in each of the past two seasons.

The 11th-ranked Blue Devils face 20th-ranked Tennessee Sunday at 2 p.m. in the second round of the NCAA Team Championship at Ambler Tennis Stadium.
