Washington Spirit is seeded No. 3 and will face No. 2 seeded Ottawa Fury FC, while No. 4 seed Charlotte Lady Eagles will go up against No. 1 seed LA Blues at 7:30 p.m.
Washington has registered a 10-0-2 record this season and advanced to the championship weekend by defeating the Braddock Road Stars Elite, 6-0, in Friday’s Northeastern Conference Championship. A product of Potomac, Md., Wilson has seen action in 10 matches and a total of 855 minutes. She has notched two goals and one assist, while notching 26 shots.
In two years at Duke, Wilson has appeared in 30 matches for the Blue Devils. The 5-9 midfielder started 13 of 18 matches a year ago and played in 992 minutes.
