COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Junior Madison Heath concluded Duke’s time at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships in College Station, Texas, on the campus of Texas A&M this evening with second team All-America honors in women’s pole vault.

Heath was the lone ACC competitor in the event and tied for 13th place after clearing 13-3.50 (4.05).

The Mandeville, La., native held the top spot in women’s pole vault in the ACC through the entire indoor season and entered the weekend ranked 10th nationally after posting a mark of 14-0.00 (4.27) earlier in the season. Heath’s best clearance is currently the second-best mark in Duke history.

At the ACC Championships, Heath brought home gold after notching 13-11.25 (4.25), giving Duke three consecutive ACC women’s titles in the event.

The Blue Devils will kick off the outdoor season Friday, March 24-25 at the Raleigh Relays in Raleigh, N.C.
