  • Improved to 19-6, 8-4 in the ACC
  • Moved the all-time series against Wake Forest o 66-17 in favor of Duke
  • Is now 30-6 in games played against Wake Forest in Cameron Indoor Stadium, including 21 in a row.
  • Won its fourth straight contest against Wake Forest
  • Coach P moved to 18-2 all-time versus the Demon Deacons
  • Won its 13th straight game in Cameron against an unranked opponent


Fifth-Year Senior Lexie Brown

  • Notched 21 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals
  • Hit a three-pointer in her 24th straight contest, which continues to lead the ACC and ranks third nationally
  • With her 21 points, reached the 500-point mark during the second half
  • Moved into seventh on Duke’s single-season steals list with 91
  • Moved to 31-2 in two seasons at home in Cameron Indoor Stadium
  • Reached 20+ points for the 30th time over her career and 13th of the season


Fifth-Year Senior Rebecca Greenwell

  • Notched 13 points, eight rebounds and two assists in 38 minutes
  • With her 115th game started, moved into a tie for ninth on Duke’s all-time charts along with Georgia Schweitzer
  • Moved into sixth place on Duke’s career minutes chart with 3,945
  • Had four rebounds in first quarter and has 10 over last two first quarters (6 vs. Notre Dame)


Senior Erin Mathias

  • Had eight rebounds, five points and two blocks 

Redshirt Junior Sofia Roma

  • Came off the bench to play 13 minutes and had five points and four rebounds
  • Had five points, four rebounds and one assist in the fourth quarter


Other Duke Notes

  • WFU scored at 5:38 of third quarter and Duke held the Demon Deacons without another field goal until 6:06 of fourth quarter
  • Closed the third quarter on a 10-1 run and led 39-36
  • Shot a season-low 21.4 percent from the field in the first quarter
  • Trailed at the half, 28-27, for only the fourth time this season (0-3 coming into game)
  • Outscored WFU, 34-12, in the paint
  • Was outrebounded, 37-35
  • Hit 61.5 percent of its field goals in the fourth quarter, outscoring WFU, 20-15
  • Held WFU to 29.8 percent shooting and 51 points
  • The 51 points by Wake Forest tied a season low
  • Will next travel to Clemson, S.C., to face Clemson Sunday, Feb. 11 at 2 p.m., live on ACC Network Extra.
