DURHAM, N.C. – The No. 17 Duke rowing team is set to continue its successful season Friday at the two-day Clemson Invitational on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, S.C.
The Blue Devils are two weeks removed from the Big Ten/ACC Dual, where they finished first twice and placed in the top-two in eight of ten races. Duke earned their third ACC Crew of the Week nod of the season on April 11, as the V4 boat placed first in the morning session over No. 7 Ohio State and No. 17 Syracuse and finished second in the afternoon race.
The participating teams include: Clemson, Boston, Cornell, Duke, Oregon State, Syracuse, Navy, Alabama, California, Central Florida, Louisville, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, San Diego, Tennessee, Tulsa, Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington State.
The final day of the Clemson Invite starts Saturday at 8:30 a.m. The Blue Devils then co-host the two-day Lake Wheeler Invitational Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27 with North Carolina on Lake Wheeler in Raleigh, N.C.
