DURHAM, N.C. – In the latest Golf World/WGCA Division I College Coaches’ Poll, the Duke women’s golf team remained No. 3 nationally, coming off wins in its last two tournaments.

Southern California received 16 of 17 first place votes to remain No. 1 with UCLA, Duke, Arizona State, Arkansas, Stanford, Arizona, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Washington, Vanderbilt, Pepperdine, Clemson, UCF, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, LSU, Florida and Wake Forest rounding out the top 20.  

As a team, Duke is coming off registering wins in the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate and the Bryan National Collegiate and heads to Tempe, Ariz., this weekend to compete in the very challenging PING/ASU Invitational.  The Blue Devils have now won three tournaments for the second straight season under head coach Dan Brooks.

Sophomore Celine Boutier and freshman Yu Liu have each registered their first collegiate wins in the last two tournaments.  

Duke will play in the PING/ASU Invitational from April 4-6 at the Karsten Golf Course.
