Career Statistics

2012: Started all 19 games as a senior ... second team IWLCA All-America choice ... first team All-South Region honoree ... earned All-ACC honors for the second consecutive season ... Tewaaraton Award nominee ... set career highs in points (43), goals (25) and draw controls (50) ... ranked second on the team in points, goals and draw controls, while ranking third in assists (18), caused turnovers (13) and ground balls (22) ... dished out a career-best four assists at Virginia Tech on March 14 for a career-high five points ... collected eight multiple goals games on the season, including hat tricks versus Richmond and High Point ... earned ACC Defensive Player of the Week honors on March 6 after totaling three draw controls, one caused turnover, one ground ball and two goals in Duke's win at Princeton ... picked up three points in the regular season finale against Penn to become the 18th Blue Devil to top the 100-point plateau for a career ... ended her career with 103 points on 59 goals and 44 assists, also adding 111 ground balls, 113 draw controls and 68 caused turnovers ... finished her career ranked  18th in points, 20th in goals, 13th in assists, 21st in ground balls, seventh in draw controls and  13th in caused turnovers ... one of just seven Blue Devils to total both 100 goals and 100 draw controls for a career.
 
2011: Started all 20 games last season, totaling then-career bests in both goals (18) and assists (21) ... garnered IWLCA All-America distinction, earning a second team nod ... also named All-South Region and All-ACC as a junior ... one of only two players in the conference to earn both ACC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors last season ... her 39 points in 2011 ranked second on the team, while her 21 assists was the second-highest total on the squad ... one of the team leaders in ground balls (28), draw controls (31) and caused turnovers (20) as well ... named league defensive player of the week on March 12 after collecting three ground balls, six draw controls and two caused turnovers in Duke's wins over Boston College and Brown ... in addition, tallied the game-winning goal in sudden victory overtime against  Brown to give the Blue Devils a 13-12 victory ... earned ACC Offensive Player of the Week honors after leading Duke past rival North Carolina on Apr. 15 with a career-high four goals ... registered multiple-goal games against Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland as well.

2010: Started every game as a sophomore ... led the team with 40 ground balls and ranked second on the squad with 25 caused turnovers ... chipped in 10 goals on 17 shots for a .588 shot percentage ... also dished out five assists ... scored her first goal of the season against William & Mary on February 21 ... tallied two goals on Mar. 27 versus ACC-rival Virginia ... registered a career-high three goals in the regular season finale against Brown ... named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2009: Played in all 21 games, starting one ... scored six goals on nine shots (.667) for the year ... netted first career goal against California ... also recorded goals against No. 8 Princeton, Virginia Tech, Canisius, Davidson and No. 16 Dartmouth.

Prior to Duke: Two-time All-America selection ... scored 66 goals and added 64 assists for 130 points as a senior ... added 113 ground balls, 67 draw controls, six interceptions and 54 caused turnovers ... team went 19-4 and reached the state finals her senior year ... team captain ... voted team's Defensive MVP ... all-league and all-area junior and senior year ... four-year letterwinner ... member of state championship team her freshman year and participated in state tournament all four years ... also lettered three years in basketball and twice in both field hockey and cross country ... student body president for three years ... Academic All-America in 2007 and 2008.

Personal: Kimberly Rae Wenger ... daughter of Grant and Rosemary Wenger ... has one brother (Craig) and one sister (Allison) ... brother was a member of the rowing team at the University of Pennsylvania ... majored in Art History with a minor in Psychology and certificate in Markets and Management Studies.
