Amanda Truelove: "Modern Family" is probably my favorite TV show right now.

AT: Justin Bieber [laughs].
GoDuke.com: What is your favorite movie?
AT: "Remember the Titans".
GoDuke.com: Do you have any superstitions or pre-race rituals?
AT: I used to have a lot in high school, like going to bed early and having my parents make me a pasta dinner and having oatmeal for breakfast. It's kind of different now being at school. I feel like I always have lucky socks or stuff like that.
GoDuke.com: What is on your bucket list?
AT: Probably to run a marathon.
GoDuke.com: What is your favorite home-cooked meal?
AT: Salmon.
GoDuke.com: Can you cook? If so, what are you good at making?
AT: I like to bake more, so baking cookies or brownies.
GoDuke.com: What has been your favorite class at Duke?
AT: Dr. Greg Dale's Performance Enhancement class. It's a sport psychology class.
GoDuke.com: What has been your toughest class at Duke?
AT: Math 32.
GoDuke.com: Where do you like to study on campus?
AT: Bella Union, in McClendon Tower.
GoDuke.com: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
AT: Hopefully with a job, a family and definitely still running.
GoDuke.com: Who has had the most impact on your life?
AT: My whole family. My parents and my sister have been really supportive of everything and they encourage me in everything that I do.
GoDuke.com: Who would you trade places with for a day?
AT: Jenny Barringer. She's a really good runner. She just won the world championship in the 1,500m.
GoDuke.com: Who is your dream date?
AT: Andrew Wheating.
GoDuke.com: What is your worst habit?
AT: Popping my gum.

AT: Speak another language.

AT: Anne Hathaway.

AT: Watt's Grocery.
GoDuke.com: What is the biggest obstacle you've had to overcome athletically?
AT: Definitely injuries. Freshman year I was out the whole year because of injuries, and same with junior year. Hopefully this year I'll be injury-free.
